In the unlikely event of you having to return your products, please read our policy procedure below and if necessary contact us before attempting any kind of return.
If you try to return goods without following the policy below, we will not be able to track your goods due to the nature of the carriers and warehouses we use.
A toothbrush is a very intimate product and because of this, it would be unhygienic for us to accept returns for individual toothbrushes purchased. Whilst we do not accept returns for individual toothbrushes purchased, we do offer a return and refund policy on multipacks.
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your Bamboo toothbrush after using the first one in the pack, you may return the full multipack to us within 30 days of your purchase date and you’ll get a full refund once they have been received, as long as everything is returned as per this agreement.
If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically sent to the original payment card.
Post-Return: where’s my refund?
Please be patient! We know most things in life are instant these days but sometimes it takes a bit of time for the payment to go back on your card. This is not our fault! Firstly, log in and check your bank account or card to see if it has been returned, if nothing is present, call the company to see if it’s being processed by them. More often than not this will give you your answer on when the money is due back to you. If all of this does not prove to give you the answer then we will, of course, be more than happy to help - please email email@example.com.
Refund on sale items
Our refund policy is for normal priced items, not sale items.
We will exchange your product if it is faulty or defective. If you believe this is the case then please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get approval to process an exchange. We may ask you to describe the nature of the problem and perhaps a few pictures to help us identify how we can best help.
Shipping back your item
In the unlikely event you have to send your item back for any of the above reasons, please ensure it has been arranged with our ‘returns team’ before doing so.
Failure to arrange the nature of the return with us – e.g. whether it is a ‘faulty item’ or ‘exchange item,’ will result in us being unable to keep track of the return properly on our system.
If the return of the item is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid royal mail tracked return label to print. This guarantee’s we receive the item.If you are due a refund, a fixed return shipping cost of £2.99 will be deducted from your refund.
